How to File a Complaint

To file a complaint, use one or more of the following procedures:

  • Visit Comcast's Help & Support Page.


  • Phone Comcast's customer service department at 410-861-4989, but doing so will not protect your rights.


  • Write to Comcast, ATTN.: CUSTOMER SERVICE, 265 Clifton Boulevard, Westminster, MD 21157. Include your name, address, phone, and cable account number. Describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include your desired outcome.


  • E-Mail the Carroll Cable Regulatory Commission's Office and attach a copy of your complaint.


  • File an online complaint with the Carroll Cable Regulatory Commission by completing the form below. You can call the office for additional assistance at 410-386-2095.


  • Please Note: The FCC ruled that internet service provided by a cable provider cannot be regulated by the local franchise authority. Although we are unable to regulate this service, we can assist you in resolving your issue. You may still complete the form below to log your cable internet complaint with the Cable Coordinator. Visit the FCC website for more information.
